Being Sexy embodies so much...of course the physical aspect is the most prominent one and the one most people spend hours working on and working out. Yet the key to truly looking good on the outside is to work out your inside. And yes I said work out the inside where your muscles get fit. But to do that you need to start with their boss the big cheese which dictates everything and yet most people completely overlook it and go straight for the muscles…but you should first start working out the BRAIN.
Now how can working out my brain make me Sexy you may ask? Well, I’ll tell you…Your brain tells everything else what to do…Example if you have a poor attitude let say you woke up depressed, down and not in the best set of mind. Do you think you’ll get much accomplished? Or even get your self out doors or to the gym? Most likely not and you will only beat your self up and lounge around feeling and thinking negative thoughts. Everything you do derives from the attitude you have motivation works when you plant positive thoughts and ideas which intern tell your body to get up and move. Positive thinking can be a conduit to giving you the motivation and boost of energy you need to get the rest of your body out and hopefully to the gym. Feeding your mind positive thoughts to replace the standard negative thinking many have is just what you need to feel Sexy and bring the good opportunities and people around you. It sounds so simple but frankly it’s a work out. Why? Because for many beating themselves up verbally is a daily thing that they may not even be aware of and yet striping away their confidence, self respect, and their Sexy.
Let’s try an experiment take a notebook and for the next 3 days and write down as many of your random thoughts as you can… yes the little voice in your head that chimes in whether you want it to or not. You may be very surprised at what you hear… Example: “I’m not very good at that”, “I could never do that”, “I look terrible”, “I never get things right” or “It figures that things never work out for me” and the list goes on. The terrible part is that we repeat these messages over an over again to the point that we automatically believe them. And the impacts goes even further then that…many times it reflects in our body language, the way we walk or carry ourselves and even the energy we project regardless of how you think you may project yourself. But the wonderful thing is that just like if you go to the gym and start working out while incorporating healthy eating you can reset your body and uncover those muscles. The same with your mind by replacing the negative thinking with positive thoughts you are definitely “Getting Your Sexy On’ and from there… well, only the sky’s the limit!!!!
Be back with more Sexy tomorrow ;)
